1) UPS
We can supply a large range of UPS equipment, from individual
PC protection, to support for networks, telephone systems, computer
rooms, hospital theatres, intensive care units, etc.
2) External Maintenance Bypass Switches (EMBS)
Even after you have invested in a UPS to protect your load, there
may come a time when you need to switch back to normal utility
power. This could be due to battery testing or UPS maintenance.
EMBS are designed to allow routine maintenance, repair work or
even total disconnection of the UPS to be carried out, without
loss of power to your critical load.
3) Generators
Sometimes a longer autonomy (back up time) is required. In this
case, it is often more cost effective to use a UPS and a generator
together. The UPS will operate as normal and the generator would
then supply power to the UPS to replace mains supply and re-charge
the batteries.
Any size of generator can be supplied with various options i.e.:
Soundproof/weather proof housing.
Extended run-time fuel tank
4) Project Management

the best protection for your load, to arranging electrical installation
and final commissioning of the UPS.
5) UPS Maintenance & Service Visits
We can offer various types of maintenance contracts to suit your
individual needs. This can include cover 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week with a short response time, with all parts and labour included
in the cost.
6) Battery replacement
The batteries are the most critical component in any UPS and are
usually supplied as either a five-year or ten-year design life.
Frequent monitoring of the status of battery condition is highly
recommended, which can be achieved by regular testing or using
a battery monitoring system. Power Solutions can supply and install
replacement batteries at very competitive prices using top quality
batteries from various manufacturers.
7) IEC plugs, cables, sockets and switches
We can supply any type of cable that you may require along with
switches, routers and hubs.
